Executive AI Coaching

AI literacy for the people deciding the AI budget.

1:1 coaching for founders, CMOs, and CEOs, not generic team workshops.

What this is

In plain English.

Private, 1:1 coaching that makes the executives signing the AI budget genuinely fluent, not in jargon but in judgment. We help you tell a real opportunity from a hype cycle, ask vendors the right questions, and make confident build/buy/partner calls.

Sessions are built around your actual decisions: a deck you're about to present to the board, a vendor pitch you're evaluating, a use case you're unsure about. We use live tools (Claude, OpenAI, your own data) so you learn by doing, not by slides.

Over a handful of sessions you develop a working mental model of what today's AI can and can't do, where the costs and risks live, and how to lead an AI-native organization without pretending to be an engineer.

When you need this

  • You're approving AI investment but don't fully trust your own judgment on it.
  • You want to challenge vendors and your own team with sharper questions.
  • You're presenting an AI plan to the board and want to own the room.
  • You're leading an AI transformation and need to model fluency for your team.

How we deliver

A process built for this service, not a generic playbook.

  1. 01

    Calibrate to your role

We start with the decisions you actually face (budget, vendors, board narrative) and tailor the curriculum to them.

  2. 02

    Learn by doing

Each session works through a live problem using real tools like Claude and OpenAI, so fluency comes from practice.

  3. 03

    Build decision frameworks

We install repeatable frameworks for evaluating vendors, sizing risk, and making build/buy/partner calls.

  4. 04

    Coach the communication

We rehearse the board narrative and stakeholder messaging so you can lead the AI conversation with confidence.

Team composition

A senior practitioner, typically a practice lead who both ships AI and advises executives, coaches you directly.

FAQ

Executive AI Coaching: common questions

Who is executive AI coaching for?

It's for the founders, CEOs, CMOs, and other executives who approve AI budgets and set direction. They need sound judgment about AI, not the ability to write code.

How is this different from a team AI workshop?

Coaching is private and 1:1, built entirely around your real decisions (the deck, the vendor, the use case in front of you) rather than a generic group curriculum. For team upskilling we offer AI Training & Workshops instead.

Do I need a technical background?

No. The goal is judgment, not engineering. We work hands-on with tools like Claude and OpenAI so you understand capabilities and limits through practice, but you're never expected to build anything.

How are sessions structured?

Typically a recurring series over 4 to 8 weeks, each session anchored on a live decision you're making, with async support in between for time-sensitive calls.

What will I be able to do afterward?

Tell real AI opportunities from hype, ask vendors and your team sharper questions, make confident build/buy/partner decisions, and present a credible AI narrative to your board.
