About the role
At Native Bridge, marketing isn't a layer of AI tools bolted onto channels. It's the demand engine built on top of the AI systems our engineers ship. As Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own that engine end-to-end: the channels, the creative pipeline, and the first-party attribution that proves what's actually working.
You'll sit on the same team as the engineers and strategists, which means the campaigns you run are wired into the systems being built, not handed off to a separate vendor.
What you'll do
- Own AI-native performance marketing across paid social, search, CTV, and programmatic.
- Build and run AEO / GEO strategy so clients get cited by AI engines, not just ranked by Google.
- Stand up first-party, consent-aware attribution that survives CPRA/PIPEDA and tells the truth.
- Design AI creative production pipelines that generate, test, and ship at volume.
- Tie every campaign to a revenue KPI and report it honestly to clients.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of revenue-tied results.
- Hands-on experience with attribution, server-side event collection, and the privacy landscape.
- Fluency with modern AI tooling for creative and analysis, plus a clear sense of where it does and doesn't help.
- Client-facing confidence and a bias toward shipping over theorizing.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AEO/GEO and how AI engines surface and cite content.
- Background spanning both B2B and DTC/e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, GA4, and warehouse-based analytics.

Process
- Intro call with the Marketing Practice Lead (30 min).
- A paid, scoped exercise: audit a (sanitized) account and propose a 90-day plan.
- A working session reviewing your plan and a campaign you're proud of.
- Final conversation with the General Manager on fit and compensation.
